Get to know the team behind the success of Sprinng Foods
A food entrepreneur and former executive from Mumbai, Tarun runs Sprinng and pretty much handles everything hands on. In a previous avatar, he’s had over 2 decades of corporate experience under his belt, with long stints at media giant Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd and retail leader Future Group where he’s helped build some pretty cool, pioneering brands like Foodhall, Planet M & Times FM and co-founded gourmet website, Foodesto.com.
A food technologist by profession and a highly resourceful go-getter by personality, Zohra helps us with new products and new ingredients.
Simran develops strategies and tactics to get the word out about Sprinng foods and drive qualified traffic to our front door. She tracks and analyzes performance ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. She is also the secret weapon for the operations team.
Dhruv handles handles operations and logistics and works closely with all vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations. He usually receives a few hundred calls a day and he actually takes many of them.
Apurva is responsible for ensuring product quality, day after day, and in maintaining the highest possible standards in processes at the facility. She is constantly frazzled and running around and has to be reminded when its lunch time.
Ramesh or Surve ji wakes up at the crack of dawn and descends upon the baking team to get them (and the ovens) fired up to ensure that production starts in time. He makes sure that ingredients are measured correctly, batches are produced as per norms & with minimal waste and that all hygiene practices are followed constantly.
Kirti is a mini Supergirl who handles billing, reconciliation and all accounts related tasks at Sprinng while juggling her CMA studies.
Sachin is responsible for managing Sprinng’s sales in North India and has added a tonne of locations over the last two years. He’s never seen as he’s constantly in the market, hustling and building bonds with Sprinng’s retail stores.
Tommy is our mentor and works closely with us to help develop new products while continuing to give us global insights.
