GLUTEN FREE BURGER RECIPE YOU WOULD LOVE

Gluten free burgers taste as delicious as any burger you LOVE. Check out the Recipe for this lip-smacking Gluten Free burger. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 boiled potato or 1 chicken breast patty or any other filling of your choice 
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (you can use breadcrumbs made from gluten-free bread or substitute with almond flour)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chosen filling, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, gluten-free breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly, but avoid over mixing as it can make the patties tough.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties. You can make them as thick or thin as you prefer.

  4. Heat a grill, skillet, or barbecue to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  6. During the last few minutes of cooking, you can add your choice of cheese on top of the patties and cover them to allow the cheese to melt.
  7. Once cooked, remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

Assembling the Burger:

Ingredients:

  • Gluten-free burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced onions
  • Condiments of your choice (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. If desired, lightly toast the gluten free burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun to create a bed for the patty.

  3. Place the cooked burger patty on top of the lettuce.

  4. Add slices of tomato and onion on top of the patty.

  5. Spread your preferred condiments on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled ingredients.

  6. Your gluten free burger is now ready to be served!

Feel free to customize this recipe by adding additional toppings such as cheese, bacon, avocado, or any other ingredients you enjoy on your burger. Enjoy your delicious homemade gluten free burger!
